Vegetables: The Bane of Many

I am sure there are a number of you out there who are not crazy about vegetables. You either struggle to eat them or out right hate them. I mean, who goes home and thinks "YUM WE HAVE CARROTS!!!" The problem, however, is that we all need to eat our vegetables, fruits and meats etc. to have a healthy diet. So how can we solve this problem? How can we eat our vegetables without being in complete despair?
The first, most obvious answer is to make them tasteless in your meals. This can be accomplished by cutting them into tiny pieces and mixing them with other foods in order to mask the flavour, putting them into a blend that you take briskly to minimise your exposure to the taste or grating them over foods.
Another, more popular, option is to skip out on having vegetables altogether and just get what you need from them, out of pills. This isn't the worst thing in the world to do but more than likely you will quickly forget about taking those pills and pills are never going to be as good for you as the real thing. The best thing for your health is proper vegetables, fresh vegetables. Frozen ones are a reasonable option as well but they are still no where near as good for you as the fresh deal.
Alright, hopefully this has provided an insight on how to eat vegetables even if they are your worst enemy...
