Healthy snack for Christmas time



Have some healthy snacks for this Christmas..!!
We all know, this time of the year we may be in the situation where we may eat more than usual and (be realistic) we cannot said NO to some of the delicious treats out there and specially if family and friends have invited us.
Don not worry, we this very easy to do and healthy snack, everybody will be happy.
Do fruit skewers, this may include, grapes (try to put red colour, green or even the black grapes), some pineapples pieces, watermelon, rockmelon, strawberries.
And to add some fun, try to cut them in shapes such as stars, circles, squares, triangles or even heart shapes if you are that romantic.
