A healthy salad for lunch, why not?



In lunch time, sometimes during our busy life style, we may not have much time to prepare a whole nutritious lunch, but instead, we go for a quick fast food (unhealthy option). However, these foods are not very healthy if you have them every day for lunch.
Having a quick salad for lunch is a very healthy to get your body some energy to keep up with the rest of the day.
Try some salads by putting together: some diced tomatoes, parsley, cucumber, chickpeas, spinach and for adding some protein, open a can of your favorite tuna flavor.
This salad plus a homemade squeeze just of the seasonal fruit is a great way to have your lunch.
