Some variation in our daily breakfast - Poached egg



Some people like to get eggs for breakfast, but. Is not boring getting the egg coked the same way over and over??
Let’s try to add some variation to our breakfast by doing poached egg. The first question is how to do a poached egg?? Well, fill with approx. 3cm water a deep frying pan and bring it to a simmer. Then very gently crack the egg into the water and poach it for about 4 minutes (this will depend on how much runny you would like the yolk).
With the poached egg you can add some toast to it with some delicious ricotta cheese and why not some bacon too.
By trying this variation in your breakfast, your day will start off so much better.
