Oyster pancake/omelette
Oyster pancake/omelette
First of I am going to ask you a question, do you like
eating oysters??? If you do, I am 100% guarantee that you are going to like
this dish from Taiwan.
Taiwan is known for night market foods that all Taiwanese
people are proud of and likes. Taiwanese night market food includes many spectacular
foods like oyster pancake and this dish has always been ranked as the top 3
dishes if you go visit Taiwan. The oyster omelette is made of few ingredient that
includes small oysters, letters, egg and finishing with sweet chilli sauce. Even
myself as a Taiwanese in Australia I cannot resist and misses the taste of the
omelette, however you will not be able to find any stores or restaurant here in
Australia that sells this even if they do it is just a replica that does not
taste as good when you have it in Taiwan.

Strawberries in Jelly
Jelly is loved by almost all the kids if not all, and what
is more great about it is how easy and very convenience is to prepare one.
In supermarkets they will sell the jelly sachets (different flavors
you can choose from) so choose your favorite flavor (in these case we have
chosen strawberry flavor) and prepare it accordingly with the jelly box
instructions.
Basically, you will need to warm up a certain amount of water and
add the jelly powder. Then you should leave it in rest and when it has cool
down, then you can placed it in the fridge for later consumption.
However, because our jelly will have strawberries incorporated,
then when you finish with the preparation of the jelly add the strawberries
pieces into it (just wait a bit before you put them in as then the strawberries
will go to the bottom of the pot).

Tacos..!!
Taco is a very well know dish from the traditional Mexican
food style. It is composed of a tortilla which can be either corn or wheat made
and this tortilla is rolled around a filling. The tortillas can be hard (hard-shell
tacos) or soft (soft-shell tacos). However, in many locations there have introduced
a crispy tacos. The type to be used depends specifically in each of us.
There are variations of fillings which we can put in our
tacos. Some of the fillings include (but do not limited to) beef, chicken,
pork, vegetables, seafood and lamb.
The taco is often mixed with some salsa or avocado salsa (guacamole),
pieces of tomatoes, onion and even lettuce.
The best way in enjoying a taco day is having the food
without utensils, as the taco generally is eaten that way.

Alcohol!?!?!?
During Christmas, it is always the time to celebrate the
hard work that you have put in this whole year and giving yourself a wonderful holiday. As our previous posts we show how you can eat
healthy foods(fruit skews) during Christmas and what are the foods you must
have, such as, turkey? Even though, the
topic that I am going to talk to you about today is not healthy but with care
and responsibility you can enjoy your Christmas eve dinner celebration.
What are the alcohols people most like? Champagne, beer,
wine, whisky , vodkha ?
To start of Christmas dinner it is just so hard that there
is no alcohol on the table! During the Christmas eve night people usually always
starts with champagne and having a lot of cheering , conversations, catch ups.
Then, it comes in that main course of the night that people wants to get drunk
and did not drink wisely through having too much. Why? Because they are happy,
in the end please enjoy you alcohol wisely.
Other than that I am going to tell you about this best wine
with red meat combination. Which part of the red meat is a good combo with the
wine you are having? But before that to get your stomach accepting the great
taste of the red meat your having and your should always start with a small
portion of Riesling just to open that secret taste you have in you. Fatty cut
beef works the best with bold red wines, this usually give you the taste of
that fruity sensations you get from your cabernet sauvignon grape wines.
